At Drip District, we curate and sell products fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers. Because we don't handle products directly, our shipping timelines, return eligibility, and replacement procedures are governed in part by our suppliers' policies. We always do our best to go to bat for you — but we appreciate your understanding that some decisions are outside our direct control.

How long does shipping take?

We work hard to source items from US-based suppliers and distribution centers so most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. For items that ship internationally, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days. In rare cases — during high-demand periods or when US stock is unavailable — some orders may take up to 3 weeks. We always prioritize getting your order to you as fast as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may vary by carrier and shipping origin.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@dripdistrictshop.store with your order number and clear photo evidence. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement — no exceptions. Contact us immediately at support@dripdistrictshop.store with your order number. We cannot modify or cancel orders once fulfillment has begun.
