Refund Policy

At Drip District, we partner with trusted fulfillment partners and prioritize US-based distribution centers where available to ensure faster shipping and handling times.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds or replacements are only considered under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered), or
  • Your item arrived damaged

To be eligible:

  • Your order must have been for one (1) unit of the affected item
  • You must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery with clear photo evidence — no exceptions

Please reach out to us at support@dripdistrictshop.store with your order number and photos.

Once verified, we will resend the correct or replacement product at no charge. If the item is out of stock, we will fulfill the order as soon as stock becomes available. Refunds will not be issued in lieu of a replacement. In the rare event that we are unable to provide a replacement, a refund will be issued at our discretion.

We sincerely apologize in advance for how strict this policy may seem. Unfortunately, policies like these are sometimes taken advantage of, and as a small business we have to protect ourselves. We appreciate your understanding and your support — it truly means everything to us.

 

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Drip District. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement — no exceptions after this window.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@dripdistrictshop.store with your order number.
  • We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after 1 hour, as orders are sent to our fulfillment partners promptly after purchase.

Why the Short Window? We work with third-party suppliers who begin processing and sourcing your order quickly. Once fulfillment has begun, we are unable to stop the shipment and will be charged for the order regardless.

Order Changes

  • Address corrections or item changes must also be requested within 1 hour of placement.
  • We cannot modify orders once they have entered fulfillment.
